“Agility Robotics — Manufacturer of Digit. Listed among full-size humanoids (Section 2).”
Source→“Peggy Johnson, CEO of Agility Robotics, is surprisingly measured.”
“It would make Agility the first pure-play humanoid robotics company to trade on public markets, giving retail investors direct exposure to a sector that has so far been available primarily to deep-pocketed VC funds.”
Source→“It's ROI from day one because the problem is humans don't want these jobs.”
Source→“Agility Robotics is the latest company to pursue a SPAC deal, which values the startup at $2.5 billion. Q1 2026 was also the strongest quarter on record for the robotics sector.”
Source→“The world's built for humans, and so it needs to go into places that are narrow. It needs to lift up overhead to overhead heights.”
Source→“Agility Robotics is the latest company to pursue a SPAC deal, which values the startup at $2.5 billion. Q1 2026 was also the strongest quarter on record for the robotics sector.”
Source→“Previously an executive at Microsoft and Qualcomm. She is leading the commercialization of Digit and is the primary spokesperson for the company's market positioning, business model, and technology narrative.”
Source→“Agility Robotics...Going public via a merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI at a $2.5 billion pre-money equity value.”
“That's a market that Barclays estimates will reach $200 billion by 2035.”
Source→“Agility Robotics, a Salem, Ore.-based maker of humanoid robots for warehouses and factories, agreed to go public at an implied $2.5b valuation via Churchill Capital Corp. XI, a SPAC led by Michael Klein.”
Source→“Agility Robotics going public via SPAC with Churchill Capital Corp at a reported $2.5B valuation.”
Source→“We have that data because we've been operating for several years in customer facilities. That's allowed us to fine-tune the robot's movements, to teach it new workflows, and to teach it new skills very, very quickly.”
Source→“Many of these facilities don't have labor. People don't want these jobs. There's an older workforce retiring. We're reshoring production. So there's a large labor gap that they can fill with these humanoid robots.”
Source→“Your robots are actually in manufacturing warehouses right now and doing work for customers like Amazon and others.”
Source→“Most people think robotics and they probably think of Elon Musk and the robots that they've shown off from SpaceX and from Tesla.”
Source→“Peggy Johnson: CEO of Agility Robotics, previously a senior executive at Microsoft and Qualcomm.”
Source→“CMU's robotics program has strong industry pipeline to Boston Dynamics, Agility Robotics, and the Pittsburgh robotics corridor.”
Source→“Their portfolio spans robotics (Agility Robotics), quantum computing (PsiQuantum), semiconductors (Ayar Labs, d-Matrix), and genomics (Ultima Genomics) — a broad hardware-first bet.”
“Our fifth generation coming out next year will be the one that scales because it's outside of the work cell. So if you can send it down to the loading dock to pick something up and it'll move amongst humans to get down there.”
Source→“When we first built this robot, it was what's called classically controlled. And so engineers had to program every step of what the robot did. And when AI came on, it made it much faster and easier to teach it new skills. So that's been a real catalyst for the humanoid industry. And we'll continue to see leaps and bounds as our AI models get more and more powerful.”
Source→“Amazon's been a great partner for us. They are the best at what they do. And so us partnering them has made us build a stronger robot, a robot that's super safe, that you have the highest in the industry level of safety that the robots have to operate in.”
Source→“Currently valued at ~$2 billion with a fundraise planned for later in 2025.”
Source→“The market narrative around humanoid robots (Figure, Agility, Tesla Optimus) assumes biomimicry is necessary for factory versatility.”
