Alex Rampell

Alex Rampell is a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where he leads the firm's Apps practice and focuses on investments in financial services and fintech. He is best known as the co-founder and former CEO of TrialPay, a transactional advertising and payments company acquired by Visa in 2015, and as a co-founder of Affirm alongside Max Levchin. Prior to joining a16z in 2015, he also co-founded several other companies including FraudEliminator, Point, TXN, and Yub.
