Carole House

Carole House is a cybersecurity and critical infrastructure policy specialist who has served in multiple roles at the White House National Security Council, most recently as Special Advisor for Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Policy from June 2024 to January 2025. She previously served as Director of Cybersecurity and Secure Digital Innovation at the NSC and was a co-author of the Biden administration's cryptocurrency policy framework. She has also held positions at FinCEN, the CFTC where she chaired the Technology Advisory Committee, and the Atlantic Council.
