Ingmar Vallano

Ingmar Vallano is a Managing Partner and founding member of Clipway, a global private equity secondaries firm headquartered in London. He co-founded the firm alongside Vincent Gombault and Benoît Verbrugghe, both of whom, like Vallano, previously held senior roles at Ardian. Clipway leverages a proprietary technology platform called TESS, which uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to support its secondary investment process. Prior to Clipway, Vallano spent approximately sixteen years at Ardian as a Senior Managing Director focused on private equity secondaries.
