Vincent Gombault is a Managing Partner and founding member of Clipway, a global private equity secondaries firm headquartered in London with an office in New York. He co-founded Clipway after a long career at Ardian, where he was a co-founder, member of the Executive Committee, and Head of Fund of Funds and Private Debt for over two decades. Clipway leverages proprietary technology, including its Tech-Enabled Secondaries System (TESS), to optimize investment decisions in the LP-led secondary market.
