Ben Francis

Ben Francis is the co-founder, CEO, and majority owner of Gymshark, a fitness apparel and accessories company headquartered in Solihull, England. He launched the business in 2012 at age 19 alongside school friend Lewis Morgan, initially selling fitness supplements before manufacturing apparel from his parents' garage. He is best known for building Gymshark into a billion-pound sportswear brand through early and extensive use of social media influencer partnerships. He was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2023 New Year Honours for services to the business sector.
