Qianqian Wang is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Harvard University and an Investigator at the Kempner Institute, joining both in Fall 2026. Her research focuses on computer vision, machine learning, and robotics, with the goal of building intelligent systems that can perceive, understand, and continually learn from the physical world. She is best known for her work on 3D and 4D reconstruction from images and video, including the Shape of Motion method for 4D reconstruction from a single video, which earned her the ICCV 2023 Best Student Paper Award and CVPR Best Paper Honorable Mentions in 2023 and 2025. Prior to Harvard, she was a postdoctoral researcher at UC Berkeley and a Research Scientist at Rhoda AI, and she received her PhD from Cornell Tech.
