Tal Broda

Tal Broda is an engineering executive and investor based in the San Francisco Bay Area who currently serves as a Partner at Three Dots Capital Partners. He previously served as VP of Compute at OpenAI from June 2023 to May 2025, where he founded and scaled the Research Platform organization to several hundred engineers and led the compute infrastructure for GPT-4.5 training. He is best known for building hyperscale infrastructure across roles at OpenAI, Citadel Securities, Paradigm, and D2IQ, and was a member of OpenAI's Stargate datacenter program team.
