Aditya Mittal

Aditya Mittal is a Master's student in Computer Science at UC Irvine, where he works with Unnat Jain on robot learning and dexterous manipulation. He is known for his research on GLIDE, a framework that generates executable guardrails for robot manipulation tasks that are difficult for humans to demonstrate, which raised data-collection success rates from 0-10 percent to 70-90 percent across three tasks. He earned his BS in Statistics with highest honors at UC Davis and received an Honorable Mention for the CRA Outstanding Undergraduate Researcher award in 2025.
