Thomas Charles Priore

Thomas Charles Priore is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Priority Technology Holdings, Inc., a payments and banking solutions provider traded on Nasdaq under the ticker PRTH. He co-founded the company in 2005 and has led it as CEO since 2018, guiding its growth into one of the largest non-bank merchant acquirers in the United States. He is best known for leading a management-led take-private transaction of Priority Technology in partnership with Searchlight Capital Partners at an enterprise value of approximately $1.6 billion.
