Jay Leek

Jay Leek is a Managing Partner and Founder of SYN Ventures, a venture capital firm focused exclusively on cybersecurity investments. He previously served as Chief Information Security Officer at The Blackstone Group, where he also shared responsibility for Blackstone Innovations' information security investment portfolio. Prior to Blackstone, he held senior security leadership positions at Equifax and Nokia, and he is also a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of ClearSky Security.
