Chelsea Finn

Chelsea Finn is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Stanford University and co-founder of Physical Intelligence. Her research focuses on enabling robots and other agents to develop broadly intelligent behavior through learning and interaction, including deep reinforcement learning, meta-learning, and vision-language-action models. She previously earned her PhD at UC Berkeley under Pieter Abbeel and Sergey Levine, and worked as a research scientist at Google DeepMind. She is a co-author of the OpenVLA and pi0 vision-language-action models.
