Erica Berthou

Erica Berthou is a partner in the Investment Funds Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and serves on the firm's Executive Committee. She has counseled U.S. and international investment fund sponsors on hundreds of billions of dollars of private fund formations across a wide variety of strategies, including emerging markets. She is known for her work on fund formation and for leading Kirkland's AI initiatives in the private funds space, including the firm's partnership with Palantir to develop a proprietary fund formation engine.
