Nicole Ripka

Nicole Ripka is an investor at Sound Ventures, a Beverly Hills-based venture capital firm, where she joined in January 2026. She previously served as an investor and Director of AIR at Collaborative Fund, on the investment team at betaworks, and as Managing Partner at Dorm Room Fund, where she led New York and Midwest pre-seed investing. She holds a Master's degree from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Design from the University of Pennsylvania, and is based in the New York City metropolitan area.
