Toni Schneider

Toni Schneider is the CEO of Bluesky and a partner at True Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm he joined in 2005. He is best known as the founding CEO of Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com, where he served from 2006 to 2014 and helped scale the platform to nearly one billion monthly visitors. Earlier in his career, he co-founded and led Oddpost, a webmail service acquired by Yahoo in 2004, after which he joined Yahoo as VP of the Yahoo Developer Network. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University and began his career developing 3D audio software for NASA at Crystal River Engineering.
