Robin Sloan is an American fiction author based in the San Francisco Bay Area and the San Joaquin Valley of California. He is the author of the novels Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore, Sourdough, and Moonbound, and has written fiction and commentary for publications including The New York Times, The Atlantic, and MIT Technology Review.
