Jerry Liu

Jerry Liu is the Co-Founder and CEO of LlamaIndex, a company building data infrastructure and tooling for retrieval-augmented generation with large language models. He created the LlamaIndex framework, originally known as GPT Index, in November 2022 as an open-source tool for ingesting, indexing, and querying external documents with LLMs. Prior to founding LlamaIndex, he held machine learning roles at Robust Intelligence, Uber ATG, and Quora. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Princeton University.
