Anish Lal

Anish Agarwal is the CEO and co-founder of Traversal, an agentic AI SRE platform for enterprises, and an assistant professor at Columbia University. He holds a PhD from MIT and his research focuses on causal machine learning and reinforcement learning. He previously held research roles at Amazon, Microsoft, and the Simons Institute for the Theory of Computing, and has authored 50-60 scholarly works.
