Michelle Joliat

Michelle Joliat is the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Northleaf Capital Partners, a global private markets investment firm, effective August 31, 2026. She brings more than two decades of leadership experience across management consulting, financial services, and operational transformation, most recently serving as Senior Managing Director, Product and Delivery at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. She holds an M.Sc, MBA, and ICD.D designation and has held senior leadership positions at BMO Wealth Management and RBC Wealth Management.
