Younghee Choi

Younghee Choi is Head of Asia for the Capital Formation Group at H.I.G. Capital, based in Hong Kong, where she leads capital formation efforts across Asia for the firm's global private equity, credit, and real assets platforms. She joined H.I.G. in 2026 from Blackstone, where she held senior roles including Senior Managing Director and Head of Korea Institutional Client Solutions, with over 15 years of experience in capital formation and private markets. Prior to Blackstone, she worked in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Real Estate Private Equity group in Seoul.
