Adam Fitzner

Adam Fitzner is a Managing Director and Strategic Portfolio Partner at Star Mountain Capital, a lower middle-market investment firm. He brings over 30 years of experience in private equity investing, operational value creation, and turnaround and restructuring advisory, having worked with more than 60 businesses across industrial, business services, consumer, financial, and technology-enabled markets. Prior to joining Star Mountain in 2026, he spent 14 years at Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners and Corinthian Capital Group, and earlier in his career advised companies and sponsors at firms including Evercore, Miller Buckfire, Houlihan Lokey, and Phoenix Management.
