Andrew Brackin

Andrew Brackin is a Partner at Gradient Ventures, an AI-focused venture capital seed fund. He previously co-founded Vial, a tech-enabled clinical trial platform that raised over $100 million in venture capital, and served as founding Head of Growth at Newfront, a commercial insurance brokerage acquired by Willis Towers Watson for $1.3 billion in 2025. He was named a 2013 Thiel Fellow and began his career on the founding team of Jobr, a mobile job search app acquired by Monster in 2016.
