Per Franzén

Per Franzén is the CEO and Managing Partner of EQT, a global investment organization, having assumed the role in May 2025. He joined EQT in 2007 and previously served as Deputy Managing Partner and Head of Private Capital Europe and North America, overseeing the firm's largest business line. He led the EUR 22 billion raise of EQT X, the largest private equity fund closed globally in 2024. He is known for his perspectives on private markets consolidation, AI transformation in investment firms, and transparency around liquidity in private wealth products.
