Xianming Liu

Xianming Liu is a Senior Director and Head of the General Intelligence Center at XPeng Motors, where he oversees autonomous driving and smart cabin development. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and previously held senior machine learning roles at Cruise, Horizon Robotics, and Facebook. He is known for leading the development of XPeng's VLA foundation models for autonomous driving, including work presented at major computer vision conferences such as CVPR.
