Marc Brown

Marc Brown is a Partner and Head of EQT Growth Equity, having joined EQT in October 2020 after spending over twenty years at Microsoft as Corporate Vice President of Corporate Development. In his Microsoft role, he oversaw global mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments, leading more than 185 acquisitions including LinkedIn, GitHub, and Minecraft, as well as 80 strategic equity investments. He currently serves on the boards of Rapid7, Tamr, and Syncro, and holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and an AB in Economics from Colgate University.
