Richard Spanton Jr.

Richard Spanton Jr. is the founder of AccuLynx, a business management software platform for specialty trade contractors, and serves as the seller representative in connection with Verisk Analytics' acquisition of the company. He also owns Mastercraft Exteriors, a national storm damage restoration contractor. He is best known for building AccuLynx into a leading software platform for the roofing industry and for his involvement in Delaware Chancery Court litigation related to the Verisk acquisition.
