Claire Hughes Johnson

Claire Hughes Johnson is a corporate officer and advisor at Stripe, where she previously served as chief operating officer from 2014 to 2021. She is the author of Scaling People: Tactics for Management and Company Building, published in 2023. Prior to Stripe, she spent ten years at Google leading business teams across products including Gmail, Google Apps, and Google's self-driving car project. She currently serves on the boards of HubSpot, Aurora Innovation, Ameresco, and The Atlantic.
