Evangelos Theodorou

Evangelos Theodorou is an associate professor in the Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he directs the Autonomous Control and Decision Systems Laboratory. He is also an Amazon CORE-AI scholar and is affiliated with the Institute for Robotics and Intelligent Machines and the Center for Machine Learning Research at Georgia Tech. His research spans stochastic optimal control, dynamical systems theory, machine learning, and reinforcement learning, with applications in autonomous aerospace systems and robotics. He is known for his work on Model Predictive Path Integral control and related trajectory optimization methods.
