Avery Trufelman

Avery Trufelman is a podcaster and radio producer best known as the creator, producer, and host of Articles of Interest, a podcast exploring the history and cultural significance of clothing. She originally launched the show in 2018 as a spinoff of 99% Invisible, where she worked as a producer from 2013 to 2020, and has independently produced it since 2021. Her work has been recognized in The New Yorker's annual best-podcast lists in 2018, 2020, and 2022, and she is also the author of the book The Antwerp Six.
