Sam Huleatt

Sam Huleatt is the founder of The Side Letter, a network-driven research platform for allocators and LPs, and an active angel investor and LP based in New York City. He previously built and launched LP Institute and On Deck Angels, and co-founded Heights Media, an adtech company, and Workstreamer, a B2B SaaS company acquired in 2012. He is best known for publishing practical resources for emerging GPs, including a widely referenced map of venture firms that write LP checks into other funds. He holds a BA from Bates College and an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
