Robin E. Haak is a German political scientist, tech entrepreneur, and investor who serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of Robin Capital, a Berlin-based solo GP venture capital firm. He co-founded the AI/ML job matching platform Jobspotting, which merged with SmartRecruiters, where he became Global COO and helped scale the company past $100M ARR to unicorn status before its acquisition by SAP. Prior to launching Robin Capital in 2023, he was a founding team member and General Partner at the growth equity firm Revaia, and his personal investing track record spans approximately 80 investments including 8 unicorns.
