Brooks Morgan

Brooks Morgan is a venture capitalist and former government official who served as a member of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) during the second Trump administration, where he worked at the Department of Education. He is the Managing Partner and co-founder of BANNER VC, an Austin-based venture firm he co-founded with Adam Ramada in August 2025. He previously founded Podium Education, an education start-up. He is best known for his role in DOGE and his transition to venture investing in deep-tech and dual-use hardware companies.
