Butch Dollega

Rear Admiral (Ret.) Leonard C. "Butch" Dollaga is an operating partner at AE Industrial Partners, a private equity firm focused on national security and aerospace investments. He joined the firm in 2024 following more than 30 years of service in the U.S. Navy, where he last served as Chief of Legislative Affairs for the Department of the Navy. During his naval career, he commanded submarine forces including Submarine Group 7 and the Undersea Warfighting Development Center, and played a role in building domestic support for the AUKUS security partnership.
