Shervin Pishevar

Shervin Pishevar is an Iranian-American entrepreneur and venture capitalist who co-founded Sherpa Capital, where he served as managing director, and co-founded and served as executive chairman of Hyperloop One (later Virgin Hyperloop One). He previously held a managing director role at Menlo Ventures, where he led the firm's Series B investment in Uber, and has been an active angel investor in companies including Airbnb, Slack, Robinhood, and Warby Parker. He resigned from both Sherpa Capital and Virgin Hyperloop One in December 2017 following allegations of sexual misconduct, which he denied and attributed to a smear campaign.
