Scott Strand

Scott Strand is Head of Stratops and Special Projects to the SVP of Research, Labs, Technology & Society at Google, based in San Francisco. He has over 15 years of experience leading product strategy and operations teams at companies including Google and DuckDuckGo, and previously worked as a management consultant at Dalberg. He holds an M.A. from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and studied history and computer science at Brown University. At Google, his work focuses on AI's impact on the economy and expertise development, including experimental research partnerships with Google Labs and visiting economists.
