Jiebo Luo

Jiebo Luo is the Albert Arendt Hopeman Professor of Engineering and Professor of Computer Science at the University of Rochester. His research spans computer vision, machine learning, natural language processing, data mining, computational social science, and digital health, with over 600 peer-reviewed publications and 90-plus U.S. patents. He is a Fellow of ACM, AAAI, IEEE, AIMBE, IAPR, SPIE, and NAI, and served as Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Multimedia from 2020 to 2022.
