Norman Chen

Norman Chen is a Managing Director and Head of Ventures for the U.S. government at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), the U.S. government's development finance institution established in 2019. He previously served as a Partner at BAM Elevate, the private investment arm of Balyasny Asset Management, and held roles in fintech growth equity at Hillhouse Capital Management. He holds a BS in Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
