Sergey Levine

Sergey Levine is an associate professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at UC Berkeley, where he leads a research group at the intersection of robotics, machine learning, and control. He is a co-founder of Physical Intelligence, a robotics company established in 2024. He is best known for his work in deep reinforcement learning, end-to-end visuomotor policy learning, and offline reinforcement learning for robotic control, enabling robots to learn complex behaviors directly from high-dimensional sensory inputs.
