Alexandr Wang

Alexandr Wang is an American entrepreneur who serves as Chief AI Officer at Meta Platforms, where he leads the company's Superintelligence Labs. He co-founded Scale AI in 2016, a company that provides data labeling and large language model evaluation services, and led it as CEO until stepping down in June 2025 when Meta acquired a minority stake in the company for $14.3 billion. He is best known for building Scale AI into a major provider of training data infrastructure for the AI industry and for becoming the world's youngest self-made billionaire in 2021 at age 24.
