Stephanie McAlaine

Stephanie McAlaine is the Executive Director of the Independent Sponsor Forum (ISF), a membership community for independent sponsors founded in 2023 in partnership with the Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA). She also serves as Chief Membership Officer of SBIA, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in building communities for private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions professionals. She is recognized as an industry spokesperson and commentator on trends in the independent sponsor and lower middle market private equity space.
