Yaodong Yang

Yaodong Yang is an assistant professor at Peking University's Institute for Artificial Intelligence and a Boya Young Scholar. He serves as chief scientist of the PKU–PsiBot Joint Laboratory and principal investigator of the PAIR-Lab, with research spanning reinforcement learning for embodied AI, large language model alignment, and multi-agent systems. He is known for work on dexterous robotic manipulation, including the Bi-DexHands and UniDexGrasp projects, as well as contributions to safe RLHF and LLM alignment, with over 200 publications and a Google Scholar h-index of 60.
