Hiroki Koga

Hiroki Koga is the co-founder and CEO of Oishii, a company that operates indoor vertical strawberry farms. He founded Oishii in 2016 while pursuing his MBA at the University of California, Berkeley, after previously working as a consultant at Deloitte Consulting Japan where he advised vertical farm operators. Oishii combines traditional Japanese farming techniques with AI, robotics, and natural bee pollination to cultivate pesticide-free strawberries year-round, including its Omakase Berry varietal. The company has raised over $200 million in funding.
