Adam Biren

Adam Biren is a partner and head of capital formation for the Americas at AEA Investors, a global private investment firm managing approximately $19 billion in assets. He joined AEA in 2025 after serving as a managing director at Apollo Global Management, where he led investor coverage across the U.S. South and Southeast. His career spans more than 20 years in private equity, alternative investments, and institutional fundraising, including prior roles at Evercore, JPMorgan, Sandell Asset Management, ICV Partners, and Houlihan Lokey.
