Asha Sharma is the Executive Vice President and CEO of Xbox, Microsoft's gaming division, a role she assumed on February 23, 2026, succeeding Phil Spencer. Born in 1989 and raised in Racine, Wisconsin, she holds a business degree from the University of Minnesota and previously served as President of Microsoft's CoreAI product organization.
