Simon Lancaster

Simon Lancaster is the founding general partner of Omni Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on manufacturing technology that closed a $33 million Fund I in 2026. A former Apple hardware engineer with over 45 patents who contributed to products including the MacBook and iPad, he previously helped scale Arris Composites before co-founding Omni Ventures with fellow Apple alum Sabrina Paseman. The firm writes pre-seed checks of $700,000 to $1 million into startups building software, AI, robotics, and connected industrial systems for the manufacturing sector.
