Ying Sheng

Ying Sheng is the co-founder and CEO of RadixArk, an AI infrastructure company building open, scalable systems for training, deploying, and running frontier models. He previously served as a member of technical staff at xAI, where he co-led the inference team from October 2024 to August 2025. He is a co-creator of SGLang, an open-source inference engine for large language models, and earned his PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University.
