Eric Jing

Eric Jing is the co-founder and CEO of Genspark, an AI startup building an agentic platform that replaces traditional search results with interactive documents called Sparkpages. He previously served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Product Manager of Search at Baidu, where he led the development of the DuerOS conversational AI platform, and as CEO of Xiaodu Technology, a unit he grew to a multi-billion dollar valuation with over 40 million AI devices sold. Earlier in his career, he was a founding team member of Microsoft Bing and led the creation of the Xiaoice conversational AI chatbot.
