Graham Platner

Graham Platner is an American oyster farmer, Marine Corps and Army National Guard veteran, and the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate in Maine in 2026. He owns and operates Waukeag Neck Oyster Co. in Sullivan, Maine, where he also serves as harbormaster and planning board chair. He is best known for his insurgent populist campaign challenging incumbent Republican Senator Susan Collins, having won the June 2026 Democratic primary with endorsements from Senator Bernie Sanders and several labor organizations.
