Sean J. Taylor

Sean J. Taylor is a data scientist at OpenAI focused on model evaluation and measurement. He holds a PhD in Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business and previously served as a research scientist at Lyft, a member of Facebook's Core Data Science team, and founder and Chief Scientist at Motif Analytics. He is best known for co-creating Prophet, an open-source time series forecasting tool developed during his tenure at Facebook, and for his research on randomized experiments and causal inference in social networks.
