Justin Spelhaug

Justin Spelhaug is President of Microsoft Elevate, a global initiative focused on expanding access to digital skills and AI opportunities for communities, nonprofits, and educators. He has held multiple senior leadership roles at Microsoft over a 28-year career, including Corporate Vice President for Global Small, Medium Enterprises and Channel and Corporate Vice President and Global Head of Tech for Social Impact within Microsoft Philanthropies. He is best known for leading efforts to connect technology, partnerships, and cloud resources to hundreds of thousands of nonprofit organizations worldwide and for advancing AI inclusion and workforce skilling programs.
